Creating Custom Template Drawings

How to start new drawings faster by pre-loading them with content

When you start new drawings in BricsCAD, they are quite a barebones effort: just one layer, no special line types, no nothing. When you start a new drawing project, you typically need to add in the office layer standard, the line types, dimension styles, and other material. You can start new drawings with all that in place through template drawings.

This video shows you how to access template drawings, how to add content, and then how to save a drawing as a .dwt template file with the SaveAs command.
